The accommodation was enjoyable for a short stay with a modern double room equipped with coffee and tea, in a great location near the attractions we wanted to visit.

There was a Party Pub or Restaurant located in front of the hotel, which resulted in loud music and people talking throughout the night. We kindly asked the receptionist to change our room to a quieter one at the back, but they refused.

The wake-up service in my standard queen room was a nice bonus.

A pleasant surprise after a long journey. We accidentally went to the wrong Ibis at the airport, but they arranged for their shuttle to pick us up and even brought us dinner when they saw how exhausted we were. The breakfast had a good selection of cheeses and cold cuts. a great experience.

The aircon was not up to scratch and the rooms were smaller than expected.

Had an amazing Christmas experience at this hotel. Loved the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport which saved us a lot of time and hassle. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, giving us great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. the location was perfect, just a short bus ride away from the city center. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was a great start to the day.

The dining area could use an update to improve its ambiance, but the food was decent and the staff made up for it with their excellent service. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
